Called to Build

Trades and Making as a Real Calling From God

by Kimani Upshur, M.Ed.

Trades and making are a real calling from God. In Exodus 35, God Himself filled the builders with His Spirit, and Nehemiah's wall rose through honest work done with willing hands. This book shows teens that honest work with your hands is holy work, and that a trade can be a God-given calling, not a consolation prize.

A 12-chapter book for teenagers ages 13–18, with an illustrated chapter opener for every chapter, Scripture from the King James Version (KJV), Do, Reflect, and Pray sections in every chapter, and a Gospel Invitation in the back that shares the good news of Jesus Christ.

Written from a Christian worldview — Scripture first.
