Trying Again
Peter was a fisherman who messed up: he promised 'I will never!' and then, before the rooster crowed, he denied Jesus three times. This book follows his story past the failure — the empty tomb message 'tell Peter,' breakfast on the beach, and Jesus asking three times, 'Do you love me?' Children learn what a sorry that works looks like and how Jesus gave Peter a second chance that made him a brave preacher. Every chapter ends with a Do or Pray, offering every reader their own second chance.
