The Shunammite Woman Made Simple

by Kimani Upshur, M.Ed.

A great woman of Shunem built a little chamber for Elisha the man of God, and the Lord gave her a son; when the child died in her lap she laid him on the prophet's bed, held to her faith without wavering, and God restored the boy to life — a testimony that nothing is too hard for the Lord (2 Kings 4:8-37). This Scripture-first, verse-by-verse teaching book walks the passage in 12 chapters with life application, reflection questions, a closing prayer, and the Made Simple pattern: Gave. Believed. Received.
