The Fear of the Lord Made Simple

by Kimani Upshur, M.Ed.

The beginning of wisdom. The Fear of the Lord Made Simple teaches what the fear of the Lord really is — starting with who God is: holy, holy, holy. You'll meet the Father who sees everything, stand at Sinai where terror taught reverence, and see the Son who delighted in the fear of the Lord. Practical chapters build wisdom's foundation in daily decisions: fear and obedience in keeping His commandments, a clean life as the guardrail of holiness, and the seriousness of sin. You'll learn prayer and worship in reverence, the Holy Spirit's role, and the beautiful pairing of mercy and fear together — ending with the coming judgment faced with fear and hope, and a life marked by the fear of the Lord. For believers who want wisdom that starts where God says it starts. Includes fourteen questions about the fear of the Lord and a closing prayer. More from Kimani Upshur: https://upshurunlimitedllc.com
