Across 7 guided sessions through Ephesians 6:10–18, you'll take up each piece of the armor one at a time — the Belt of Truth, the Breastplate of Righteousness, Feet Fitted with the Gospel of Peace, the Shield of Faith, the Helmet of Salvation and the Sword of the Spirit — and finish praying in the Spirit, standing your ground. Each session follows the same simple rhythm: Read the passage slowly, Observe what it actually says, Apply it specifically and honestly to your life, and Pray it back to God. Every session ends with a callout to pray that session's armor piece in the free Armor of God Prayer app. Work at your own pace — one session a day, or one a week. There are no grades here. ---
