Ehud Made Simple

by Kimani Upshur, M.Ed.

A left-handed judge with a two-edged message for a fat king. This Bible-first guide follows Ehud the Benjamite through Judges 3:12-30: Israel's cry under eighteen years of Moabite oppression, the raising of an unlikely deliverer, the hidden dagger forged in secret, the tribute faithfully delivered, the two-edged message in the upper chamber, the decisive strike against Eglon, the providential escape, the trumpet blast in Ephraim, the victory at the fords of Jordan, and the eighty years of rest that followed. Thirteen chapters plus fourteen reflection questions trace every deliverer to Christ — our Lord and Savior, Son of God and Son of Man — and call every believer to hidden preparation, decisive obedience, and trumpet-blast testimony. Hidden. Struck. Delivered.
