Behold the Man

by Kimani Upshur, M.Ed.

Promised before he was born. Crucified for sins he did not commit. Risen, ascended, and coming again. In Behold the Man, Kimani Upshur, M.Ed., traces the complete life of Jesus Christ in plain, powerful language — from the manger of Bethlehem to the Mount of Olives, drawing all four Gospels together into one sweeping story. You will stand in the temple with the twelve-year-old Jesus, watch the water become wine, hear the Sermon on the Mount as if for the first time, walk the road to Jerusalem, stand at the foot of the cross, and meet the risen Lord on the Emmaus road. Every chapter is grounded in Scripture — every reference verified against the biblical text, every Gospel difference handled honestly, every hard passage faced rather than dodged. No invented scenes. No smoothed-over difficulties. Just Jesus, as the four witnesses present him: promised, crucified, and risen. Whether you are meeting him for the first time or returning after many years, this book will help you do what Pilate's words have invited for two thousand years: behold the man.
